The Metropolitan City of Turin treats all personal data in a lawful, correct and transparent way. With this statement we provide the information on data processing provided by the EU Regulation 2016/679(General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code on the protection of personal data), as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
Data controller and data protection officer

Purposes of the treatment
The data collected will be processed for the fulfilment of legal obligations connected with the activities of the Specialised function European and international projects SA01 of the Economic Development Department, in particular for the promotion and coordination of projects to be financed by supranational resources, for the positioning of the Metropolitan City of Turin with respect to European programming, for the management of activities related to events organised by the Metropolitan City of Turin and in general for the performance of its public interest tasks or in any case connected with the exercise of its public powers.
Communication and dissemination of data
The data collected will be processed by the staff of the Metropolitan City of Turin or by persons appointed by it and may be communicated to other public bodies competent in the matter in question. The data will not be transferred to third countries. Part of the data may be published on the institutional website of the metropolitan city of Turin, in order to fulfill the obligations of publicity and transparency, in accordance with the principles of relevance and non-excessiveness.
Data storage
The data collected will be stored in accordance with the rules on the conservation of administrative documentation. The data will not be in any way subject to automated decision-making processes.
Obligation to communicate data
The communication of the data is obligatory and the missed bestowal doesn't allow to give course to the connected activity.
Rights of the interested parts
Data subjects have the right to request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of their personal data or restriction of processing concerning them or to object to their processing (Articles 15-22 of the GDPR), as well as the right of data portability. In addition, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority by contacting the Data Protection Officer.
