Formerly known as Info Point Europa, EUROPE DIRECT TURIN is part of a new-generation network of information centres called Europe Direct. The network, run by the European Commission (Directorate-General for Communication), relies on 51 centres in Italy and over 500 across Europe.

Europe Direct Turin is coordinated by the European Commission Representation in Italy and it actively cooperates with the European Parliament Information Office in Italy as well as several official information centres with specific expertise based in Piedmont.

Europe Direct provides information about European Union policies at a local level, promoting events and activities about issues of European interest.

You can ask for information about European Union programmes and initiatives. You are granted assistance in the access to EU websites. Moreover, you can have access to documents and obtain free copies of European Union and Europe Direct publications and information booklets.

Europe Direct Turin also cooperates with the University of Turin, where you can find an information desk at the Gianni Merlini Library - Campus Luigi Einaudi (CLE).
